| Interesting, Tim - do they have any predictions for impact on traffic on the M4/A4 into London? I'm assuming that they're predicting the road is congested longer each morning with their not particularly smart motorway plans in place, which is the simplest way you'd get more pollution. Anyway, bring back the M4 bus lane. |
