| We've kept a fairly low profile, but we started as a cycle training company in Ealing about 4 four years, providing adult and children cycle training, maintenance training, cycle events, repairs, second hand and new bikes - in fact everything cycling. we've operated out of ealing for a long time and during last year we started Brentford bikes to allow people to hire our lovely cargo trikes. we talked to Canal and riverside trust as they own 188 High Street and we took over the shop to store our trikes, the idea with Brentford Works is to allow small traders to operate there, Soup-a-fresh, a photography and a biscuit maker already share the space. we hope to start a café soon as well as extend our bike operation with more days [not just weekends and Tuesday/Wednesday evenings] for bikes sales and servicing as well as bike hire and accessory sales. We are planning some pedal powered cinema events as well as some other fun stuff - we did have an Easter Egg hunt but alas the lack of pavement outside rather hampered people getting in. |
