| I received a reply from Matt Harmer. My concerns were specifically about Mafeking Ave, which in my opinion will be impacted by the CPZ proposal more severely than the other streets (as it will simply become and giant car park, per Whitestile Road when their CPZ was introduced). He said that he was surprised about the decision by Mafeking residents during consultation, He was aware that there is a petition to reduce the hours and said that we need to consult on the decision. I was impressed that he replied. Thanks Matt. Meanwhile, I have no idea why someone in the council can’t just use common sense to resolve all this? |
