I am not a planning person, so Adam will give the professional advice. But from my time on the planning committee, I think I'm probably correct in that the type of tenure is not a planning consideration, or the fact it is a bungalow. The location - in a back garden without any direct access for instance - may be, at one time this was 'backland development' and was not allowed. But of course in planning things change quite quickly. |
