I'm with the Brent Council leader on this - what utter bloody contempt for local authorities and for their efforts to promote good community relations in their boroughs. One also wonders who this is aimed at bearing in mind the message seems to be written only in English and most illegal immigrants will probably be relatively recent arrivals and thus may not read English as a first language if indeed at all.  More about playing to the gallery methinks.
