| Well if stopping any further encroachment on our libraries is the result then it seems a brilliant idea. Let's face it by the time they worked out how on earth they propose to get this money "in resident's pockets" the administration would cost more than what anyone could hope to get back. In the great scheme of things £2m wouldn't go far once you'd divided it up among the population would it? We'd be talking pennies. |
