| Isn't dark clothing at twilight and later...a camoflage not to be seen when crossing the Great West Road..against the background of the roadway's black tarmac. Add to that Hounslow Council's authorisation of fancy advertisement boards.. one must be asking for trouble. Just seen the picture within the front page story..and thought. ."where are the illuminous armbands or whatever"? Grumpy jim today? No no no! :o) |
