see my other reply about the ghost in the butts.. going back to lionel road i can tell you that I had a friend lived there in the 80s and her house was haunted..her mum told us of loads of sightings of an old cleaning lady. She was so used to seeing her she would always say hello!..interestingly lionel road is built on a graveyard and the whole area near carville hall park was an old plague pit.. make of it what you will.. I have seen the Pilot pub ghost too..(Chiswick)..coming back late at night 4 of us in a car drove past the pilot.. as we approached there was a woman dressed in all white by the side of the road, she seemed to be in the road so we slowed down and as we did she walked 2 steps and vanished! we all saw that and one of the others has said that she didnt have a face at all...I dont believe in ghosts as such but cant explain this or the butts one at all...
