| The resident's of Grovenor Road must be a placid lot if they have allowed obtructions like those described to have persisted for so many years. If they indeed had made complaints to the Council, or other Community Services about the inconsiderate parking on those street corners...surely some action would have been taken. I admit to not having studied the Highway Code for some years.. but surely it mentions "no parking within xx metres of road junctions". Pictures someone! |
