I quite agree with you, my daughter and grandaughter came around at 6.45 am this morning to have there shower's, we are continually given messages about Health & Safety and yet rude and incompetent customer service staff are taking call's and are obviously making the decision on what they constitute an emergency without any expertise to back up there decision. I just bet they are clock watches and get the knock because tenants have the temerity to call them with a problem after all it probably stops them from either having private phone calls or reading their magazines, silly of us to expect a first class service.Time & Motion Study is needed, we are broke just think how much money we would save by employing polite, helpful and cost cutting staff.
