| I live right opposite this property. There do not appear to have been any works being undertaken to it. There are no curtains or blinds etc at the windows, no lights ever on, windows or door to balcony ever opened so, I think it's fair to say it's empty and has been for at least 9 months possibly longer. I now understand these flats are housing association properties and as such would not be privately owned. If the party they held before they vacated was anything to go by, I do not imagine the tenants would be absent but paying the rent. It may well have been left in disrepair but surely it should have been sorted out by now and relet. There is, as we all know a huge shortage of housing and an empty flat in a modern block for approx 1 year is ridiculous. |
