| "I've not the slightest interest in anything Simon may have written to you at a time when he may naively have believed you to be trustworthy, discreet or the type of person to honour another person's confidence." Well, Phil, that's just as well. Because I have no intention of betraying Simon's confidence by informing you of the detail of his emails. "Simon is a man who is passionate about the things he believes in and this has led him on occasions to fall out with me, with some of my colleagues and with the ICG itself. I have always respected him for this." Have you really? Well, Phil, the following quotes would suggest that you only respect him when he's doing what you want him to do:- ------ Phil Andrews talking about Simon Anderson, 20/01/05:- "I am happy to report that in a relatively short space of time he has proved to be a tremendous asset to Ivytag." Phil Andrews talking about Simon Anderson, 11/03/08:- "A man of questionable honour, honesty and integrity." ------ "Like the overwhelming majority of voters in Isleworth he is also bright enough to have drawn his own conclusions about your "firebombing"," MY firebombing, did you say? Oh I see, so you think I did it. For someone who likes to threaten to make recourse to the legal system, you're very loose with your language. I wouldn't make a habit of that if I were you. "I don't suppose this new wave of attacks on the ICG on this forum has anything to do with the budget situation, has it? You seem very determined to provoke us into a position of support for a budget which we have made it clear we are reserving judgement upon. Are your members and friends in Education aware that you consider them so expendable" Actually, I cannot recall having made any comment about the budget. Are you now insinutating that I post under the name of Dave Hughes? And I like your comment about me being "determined" to provoke you into supporting the budget. So now if you do, you can blame me, can't you? It's always been the same. Phil Andrews - the bloke who blames everyone except Phil Andrews. |
