| I would like to extend my thanks to Councillor Matt Harmer with his astonishing response and action when I contacted him in respect of the absolute chaos in Brook Lane North today when traffic wardens turned up and every car in Brook Lane North was issued with a parking ticket because of Thames Water starting works. I telephoned Matt Harmer and left a message. Mr Harmer returned my call within 10 minutes... I explained to Mr. Harmer that car's were now being towed away. Matt Harmer Got straight onto (whoever) he could and continued to give me updates on him trying to sort the situation all afternoon. Thank you again from myself and others in Brook Lane North...
