| We popped down this afternoon and had a wonderful time at what was a fantastic event and everyone involved should be proud of themselves for all the hard work that was obviously put in making it such a success. The crowds were out in force and it was great to see so many residents clearly enjoying the sunshine and all the different foods etc on sale plus many Officers from LBH enjoying a day off and looking around and even in a couple of cases manning a stall themselves wearing their non LBH hats. Special credit must go of course to Linda Massey with her endless enthuasim,passion and energy and we are very lucky indeed to have someone like her caring so much about this park. I even visited the Labour stall and after a chat Cllr Matt Harmer happily signed his petition calling for a new Secondary school for the Isleworth and Brentford area so we do all agree on occasions!! |
