| Hi Mike, There is positive news on the Brentford Fountain. Planning permission has been approved for the redevelopment of the "Sega site" at 27-1053 Great West Road and this includes listed building consent for the restoration and relocation of the Fountain within the site. We would have liked to see a location closer to the Fountain's original position on the northern approach to Kew Bridge, but this is probably as good as we could have anticipated.Being next door to the Gtech, we would like to think that the Fountain will become a meeting place for fans. Given the current state of the housing market, there is a long way to go! |
