| Not myward of course. I believe all those Yards are privately owned by Ballymore so I'm assuming enforcement is down to them. I plead guilty to cycling down that yard sometimes when I am going to Morrisons or the bike/cobbler/flower place or Mother Rugger. Given the pace at which I cycle (especially in a place where I am sharing with pedestrians) I do not represent any danger, but I agree electric bike are a different matter. I have never seen anyone 'flying through' nor any near accidents but I agree the delivery guys (all guys I think) enter too fast. I will take it up with the ward councillors. In truth, the police have mainly given up on electric bikes (many illegal if capable of more than 15.5 mph as many are) and electric scooters (always illegal in public areas but siold in Tesco and Currys!) |
