| I believe that the gaters at the Dock have had to acknowledge that the agreement document found in Oxford does mean that we can all access the pathways over there. But the gaters, having wasted huge sums on gate infrastructure, are being really difficult, ludicrously interpreting public access as locking us out from 4pm, even if sunset is many hours later. They are on such weak ground that I think they are risking having to tear out all the gates and have open access 24/7. Just like the rest of us in Brentford. Unintended consequences. |
