Gunnersbury no longer in my ward. I used to patrol around the park and its area during events. There was a responsibility on organisers to do clean ups in the park and surrounding streets. They weren't perfect but did a decent job. Similarly around Boston Manor Park. Last year after 'Paradise in the City' - a very badly managed event, an army of cleaners were fixing BMP, The Ride, Swyncombe etc early the next morning and did it very effectively. There were some problems within the park but again, quickly sorted.
