And thanks to all who competed here, - my Green ward partner the charming Rashid, Craig's ward partner, Husna, the two Conservatives, the engaging Scott and two local LDs both of whom I have known for some time as Brentford pillars Gary and Joe. And Bob's ward Partner Gordon, whom I didn't meet.
11 candidates in a small ward with only 2 councillors is a lot, but it actually celebrates democracy, and all or the vast majority of them are dedicated to Brentford.
I am proud to gain the trust of a substantial majority and looking forward to doing my very best fro my home town. |
