| Some readers, only some, will be saddened by today's news of the death of John Prescott ... a notable Labour politician from years ago. Amusing tales surrounding him abound. It was a little cruel for blaming him for having "two jags ... in fairness, two old jags in times past were needed to be sure one was working. He came to Brentford once I recall. He dined at "Pappadums" on Ferry Quays with Mrs Ann Keen the local MP. On expenses no doubt! |
