| Hounslow loop services were never particularly bad service wise. Even in years gone by in BR days or former franchise owners days They cut the number of services back after covid and they never returned as working from home took hold. Its got new trains, stations are refurbished in part or full. There are lifts or plans for lifts. Not sure what else Tfl could do better with the money available. |
