Another Lambert report rolls in. Another dig at a government no longer in power. Yet still no mention of the Red Tory attack on pensioners and families. One can only conclude that he’s happy to endorse these policies, but is too cowardly to say so.

Oh, and government can always find money for things, including winter fuel payments. It just takes a bit of reallocation of funds from other departments. Cycle lane funding might be a good one to start with!
