| I think we should be grateful even for dull reports from local councillors and some of the ones from Chiswick can stray into that territory. Cllr Lambert's are always interesting and, even if the attempts at humour can sometimes miss, they are generally entertaining. I wonder in fifty years time if someone will use them as the basis for a thesis on local government in the early 21st century. |
