| It's not so much the idea. It's the utter hash Hounslow make of things. The Lime Bike and the total blind eye turned to abuse and misuse and the complete ignorance of road safety and adherence to simple basic cycling etiquette. It should have started from the off with clear and strict rules and enforcement. Once that's bedded in and embedded in users there should not be a problem. But this band of arrogant numpties cannot even deal with stolen bikes, Under age use and dangerous use and placement. Blinded by their own agendas. Simple common sense has been abandoned and another good idea ends up a total farce. They never factor in anti social use and abuse. And just like a few disruptive kids in a classroom unless dealt with it infects the entire class |
