| The old Brentford Market site is now filled with a close web of skyscrapers as you will have easily seen. It is quite appropriate that one of the "roadways" is named after an illustrious famed local...who is buried in the Old Brentford Cemetary. But to see the street sign saying THOMAS LAYTON WAY, HOUNSLOW, TW8 is taking the micky. Shouldn't it be BRENTFORD TW8? Are the Council trying to erase Brentford as a destination? |
