| It certainly should be but the Burgers of Brentford would probably poo poo anything that is not their idea. Ealing dismissed being twinned with Ealing CT by it's regime many moons ago but it's relations with the French twin were very good for quite some time. More to do with enthusiastic local residents than the Council who have not done much more than put up a few signs over the past 20 years. I think you have a good idea there. Why not run a local campaign or put it up to Brentford Voice who seem to be good at sounding out the town and seem also so be politically neutral.? |
