| I can't find a definitive of what 'Prelacy' means. Seems to be open to all sorts of interpretations. Nearest I can think of is a bit like the American church centres which are usually sub - buildings on the church grounds with all sorts of community facilities, for weddings, baptisms, lectures and events etc. But available at all times whilst the actual church is not. |
