| I find the Albany Practice which is based at Brentford Health Centre to be a decent enough surgery. The surgery may well still be rated by the powers that be as needing improvement but I find it okay. You haven't had any other responses so, for what it's worth, here's mine. Certainly my recent experience has been good - I asked for an appointment last Friday and had a telephone consultation with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner on Tuesday and resulting blood tests today i.e. one week after calling. Requests for prescriptions are also dispensed quickly and to a local pharmacy of your choice. |
