| Apologies to Tim if I didn't reply. The spirit is willing but occasionally the flesh (or brain) lets me down. Officers tell me: "When ordering replacement boxes online we advise on the form that we will collect the damaged boxes. However, the boxes need to be left out all the time as we cannot guarantee when we will deliver the replacement boxes. If they were left out clearly visible, then they should have been collected. If they were not then they can be taken to Space Waye or alternative site. We cannot collect them as household rubbish." I confirm they will not go to landfill, whatever happens. |
