Much as I've thought for a long time pre-covid that more companies should embrace working from home in this day and age, what you're effectively saying is that Hounslow should have anticipated covid, which is plain silly - had covid not come along their offices along with everyone else's would have been full. And to be fair even back in the early 2000's the Civic Centre was already past its best. |
