| A round of applause isn't enough - nowhere near enough - but let's show appreciation for our NHS, where lives are being put on the line to help save ours. I would also like to put in a word for staff in supermarkets and pharmacies who are the recipients of abuse and mistreatment from certain members of the public. They deserve our appreciation as well. Can we make this happen? Please share, share, share. 'During these unprecedented times, they need to know that we are grateful. Please join us on the 26th March at 8.00 pm for a big round of applause (from front doors, gardens, balconies, windows, living rooms etc) to show all nurses, doctors, GPs and carers our appreciation for their ongoing hard work and fight against this virus.
