| I'm a little puzzled myself, Fred, but delighted we have a start on restoring the small mansion and stables in GP. We are working to find some viable ideas to improve the horrible environment underneath the M4. It's not helped by the fact that the M4 is 'owned' by Highways England and the A4 by TfL, nor by the fact that the M4 supporting structure has been under more or less constant repair for many years. It's also difficult to find green things that will thrive in that environment. We're currently looking at some ideas that have been used elsewhere to see if they will transfer |
