It's people who are the problem, not the food vendors.  This is the norm now. People eat takeaways, irrespective of social grouping. But people are becoming hysterical about some issues whilst completely unable to behave in a civil way to their local environment.  Councils are very keen to pursue a parking infringement no matter how trivial, but when it comes to litter, loitering, and anti social behaviour, cannot manage to get a grip.  It's mass education and draconian enforcement targeted at those who cannot control and conduct themselves in a responsible way. And those who use ignorance as an excuse and get away with it time after time. Unfortunately, we are stuck with the "me, me, me" first attitude.
