| I missed this thread earlier, and was shocked on going past yesterday to see the hall was almost all gone - just the lower part of the front wall remaining and maybe a bit of the side wall. This tactic of leaving a damaged listed building lightly protected for as long as possible while it rots as much as possible is a typical tactic to get permission for demolition, I fear. |
