| I suspect there's no condition on the original permission requiring the trees to remain in perpetuity Sarah, if there is a condition at all it'll more than likely say something like that the developer had to implement a landscaping scheme and maintain it for 5 years. Interesting conundrum about the wall...had my fill of conundrums lately !. |
