| Or it might just be Hazel because the vast majority of time the Council's Enforcement Team rely upon Joe Public to alert them to breaches of planning control. Isn't that rather more likely than the developers telling LBH what they were up to and LBH deciding to turn a blind eye as you seem to imply ?. Another day, another wild accusation :-( Of the hundreds of cases I and my Teams investigated over the years only a handful were proactive or the result of one of us noticing something untoward, it simply isn't possible to monitor sites all of the time. I mean, I live next door to the church and am an ex Head of Planning Enforcement and I didn't notice anything untoward because I rarely venture that way...fortunately others did. |
