As an Ealing resident who goes this way occasionally, am I right in saying some resident association has managed to "persuade" the council to block this road for 18 months and they have spent 120K on doing it !!?
Then after a couple of months of seeing the resulting traffic , safety and health problems.....they aren't quickly reversing the decision?
I don't believe it, no council is that stupid....there must be more to it.
