| Tracy, not sure that there's much to do that would help. I have the impression there are variety of legal matters and perhaps some financial constraints that just take an excruciatingly long time. I'm told Ballymore now have a full time project manager on the case for the first time, which is encouraging though there's still very little on their website. I suppose you could nag Steve Curran (in whose cabinet portfolio this falls) and Brendon Walsh (head of regeneration) and indeed Ballymore but in truth I think they are all as keen to move forward as you are so I doubt it would make any difference. |
