| I hope that the mess that has been made of our parks and the amount that it will cost US to clear it up will be advertised enough to make anyone who recently arranged for waste to be taken away from their home or business premises to question themselves on the decision they made and whether they were using a genuinely licensed waste carrier who was disposing of their waste legally.
