Nelson Commercial Kitchens has been creating bespoke commercial kitchens for over 40 years and we're passionate about our work. We offer a professional and efficient kitchen design and planning service and are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team and provide support for our sales personnel.

As the Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include producing quotations from drawings, finalising costs alongside salespeople, placing orders, communicating with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers, handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and providing administrative support to all members of the department when needed.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and organized individual who can use their initiative to support all areas of the business. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, have strong organisational skills, the ability to multi task, prioritise workloads, manage time effectively, and have excellent attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a busy environment and be able to work as part of a team. They should also be self-motivated, reliable, punctual, willing to learn, and enthusiastic.

Qualifications required include a sound understanding of constructing detailed correspondence, proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (additional packages beneficial), and ideally, a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent with A-C grades or equivalent, with Maths and English being mandatory.

The job is a full-time position, with a salary negotiable depending on skills and experience, working 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate should live locally or have easy access to the Piccadilly, District, and Overground Lines, with the closest stations being Acton Town, South Acton, Chiswick Park & Gunnersbury Station.
