Sandeep - ignore the negative comments. There seems to be people on the forum who can't post with decrying everything. The previous poster also commented on the new asian restaurant in Brentford. He basically seemed to be saying "its excellent so that means it won't last". See - always looking on the positive side!
To me, Brentford is great. Maybe because it looks so unloved that there are those who try hard to make it good. And it is - good pubs, good restaurants, good football team, good places to walk or cycle (along the river, up the canal, round the parks). We've got a Sunday market. We've got a great cocktail bar. And friendly (if occasionally prone to the negative) locals.
We should welcome new residents - not discourage them. If a few more come and enjoy the towns facilities - who knows, maybe even the new asian restaurant will be a success. |
