So what has happened to Tesco's recycling?

As a company responsible for foisting so much unsolicited packaging on us - the disposal of which we then have to pay for in our Council Tax - I feel they should be a lot more helpful than they are in helping us to help the environment.

They are members of the British Retail Consortium which has an identification system for packaging which may not be perfect but does give the customer some guidance and yet the packaging I've seen brought into my house from their stores has no identification on it.  I have a similar problem with Morrisons.
