What bothers me is that if there was to be an election any time soon, the labour party in this area would probably stick Ann Keen back up for re-election particularly if the odious Robin Taylor is anything to go by. Do any of us really want to be associated with a party represented by the likes of him when, instead of attempting to woo voters he insults and berates them! Just 2 quotes from recent threads, "You have expressed some quite unorthodox views on certain issues (e.g. race relations) and for this reason I doubt if the B&I Labour Party will be too concerned with what you think of their candidates" - that's a vote winner then there was..."You are ignorant (as we previously saw from your failure to even try and spell Shami Chakrabarti's name properly)." that was another, these comments were aimed at labour voters and I think demonstrate the contempt the so called activists (or certainly one of them) have for the opinions of their supporters - quite baffling really. |
