Guy mentions that the COLOURFUL CAR PARK was possibly going to called MONTGOMERY something or other.

But Monty was much associated with Chiswick not Brentford. He flirted there, lived there,
got married there and has Council homes named after him.

Regarding the other Jim's indepth posting. I personally like the "Yard' term. I'm reminded  that the Kings Cross hot spot is called YARDS too.
