Sorry to hear of that suffering Sarah... both for your family and the cat owner. Talking of dead pets..I found a mouse in my kitchen during that hot weather. Not live but dead! What could it have eaten!I might have been chased by a fox..scampered through my open window and died from shock! In our large communal garden here in Brentford..we see all manner of wild life. Foxes that are trying to find their way to MacDonalds, Squirrels, loads of pigeons locally being hunted by crows(?), Magpies looking for sparrows. Apparent two or three fish landed in the garden the other day...uneaten, still in their skins. Herons must have dropped their meal on their way home. So there are other lives all around us! |
