| Not foxes in this instance I'm afraid. In the past I've seen a man speed walking down Enfield with dog (off lead) some way behind him. I think the owner believes that if he hasn't seen it then his dog hasn't done it! On another occasion I saw a man coming up from Avenue Rd again with dogs off lead, he let one of them do its business just on the turn into Enfield Road then walked across with them into Enfield Walk and didn't bother to pick up. A woman who did have her dog on the lead and even put its poop into small black bag was seen throwing her doggy poop bag into someone's garden! |
