Why do people dump stuff outside charity shops, even when signs specifically ask them not to do so?  And often without even putting it in bags. Who do they think is going to wash the stuff that is all soaked and filthy from the pavement?  The High Street looks dreadful with piles of horrid stuff outside some of the shops there.
