Gunnersbury Park is huge - there's room for bowls and golf.  As there used to be until fairly recently.
I know licensees (as opposed to tenants) don't have much in the way of rights but has any legal advice been sought? Two points occur - first, that the club has been there since the thirties and second, that the CIC has broken its promise.  Not hopeful but might be worth a punt for the sake of leaving no stone unturned.
I seem to be getting into a lather about local issues at the moment - think it's the heat and the fact that the view of the "ordinary" local resident seems to count for absolutely nothing.
Info about the Gunnersbury Park CIC can be found on the Companies House website - you can see who the officers are, accounts etc.
