Lots of local businesses offering food deliveries or purporting to be local only to find they are not and are charging £20-£50 for delivery. Others doing a £20 minimum spend. That makes a small bag of flour rather expensive when the item is restricted to one per order. And makes no sense to combine orders. Some are sending out 'organic' and healthy veg boxes by weight only to find potatoes and root veg caked in mud doubling the weight and reducing the quantity So check carefully exactly what the T&Cs are from lots of well intended What's App and community groups forwarding lots of good ideas as some are a bit flaky. And ask if the veg is all washed.
