| If it's on the public highway you can report it here: https://fms.hounslowhighways.org/ There is a specific slot for dog fouling. Unfortunately the Ferry Quays estate is not public highway, nor is the route under the bridge. If it's a persistent problem (and there was a (un)healthy deposit next to where I park my bike the other day, in the same area) we could ask the animal warden at LB Hounslow to intervene but in reality they are not resourced to do much more than perhaps put up a sign or stencil a warning on the ground. The staff on the estate do a stunning job of keeping the place clean but they can't stop the problem occurring |
